Tracking & Cookies

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

04

Third-Party Services

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

05

Advertising and Measurement

We advertise our services on platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and X. To understand which of those ads lead to enquiries, we record the advertising click identifier and campaign parameters that appear in the web address when you arrive on our site, and we store them in a first-party cookie on your device for up to 90 days. If you later submit a form, that information is attached to your enquiry so we can attribute it to the campaign that produced it.

We also share contact information you provide — your email address and phone number — with these advertising platforms to build and manage custom audiences. This is used to exclude people who are already in our records from seeing our ads, to measure which campaigns produce customers, and to reach audiences with similar characteristics. Before this information leaves our systems it is converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash: the platform can match it against records it already holds, but cannot read it or recover your email address or phone number from it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with these platforms for any purpose other than measuring and managing our own advertising.

You can control the analytics and marketing technologies used on this site at any time through our . To ask us to remove your details from our advertising audiences, contact us using the details below and we will action the request.

06

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
